Add wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to your Range Rover Velar while retaining the original touchscreen and interior design.

Access navigation, music, calls, messages and compatible mobile applications through the vehicle’s existing infotainment display.

Description

This Apple CarPlay upgrade adds modern smartphone connectivity to the original Range Rover Velar infotainment system without replacing the factory display.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide convenient access to Google Maps, Waze, Spotify, calls, messages and other compatible mobile applications.

The interface is operated using the original touchscreen, providing familiar control without adding external displays or altering the appearance of the dashboard.

The original Land Rover menus remain available, allowing you to switch between the CarPlay interface and the factory infotainment system whenever required.

Compatible vehicle functions are retained, including the original reversing camera, parking sensors, steering wheel controls and lower climate control display.

Audio is played through the vehicle’s existing sound system, while the original microphone can be retained on compatible vehicles for calls and voice control.

Compatibility depends on the vehicle’s model year, infotainment software, original touchscreen, audio system and existing smartphone connectivity.

Later vehicles fitted with Pivi Pro may already include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so an additional interface may not be required.

Send us your registration number or VIN and clear photos of the upper touchscreen, lower climate display and main infotainment menu. Please also confirm whether the vehicle already has wired Apple CarPlay.

Professional Installation Recommended

For correct wiring, audio routing and infotainment integration, we recommend installation by Restyle.

You can choose to have the product fitted at Restyle HQ in Bedford, or we can arrange for a technician to complete the installation at your location.

A callout charge may apply depending on your area, which we’ll confirm before booking.

We are not liable for any issues, faults or damage resulting from third-party installation, incorrect wiring or selection of the wrong interface version.
