Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Standard items: Up to 7 business days. Custom-built items (e.g. steering wheels): 7-14 business days for production, plus standard delivery time. Expect up to 3 weeks in total.

We are a UK-based business, and at present, our delivery services are exclusively available within the UK. However, as we continue to grow, we’re actively working on expanding our operations to offer worldwide shipping in the near future. In the meantime, if you're based outside the UK and interested in a bespoke or custom product – such as one of our steering wheels – feel free to get in touch. In some cases, we may be able to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. You can get in touch with us via our Contact page or through live chat to discuss further.

If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking details first. If you believe your package is lost, please contact our support team, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team before returning any items. Alternatively, you can also can read our returns policy for more details.

Yes! We offer a 30-day product warranty against manufacturer defects as standard. Additionally, we provide extended warranty options (6 to 12 months) at an extra cost, covering accidental damage. More details can be found on our warranty page.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and make sure to help you throughout the process.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please get in touch making sure to provide us with your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. Our team will guide you through the next steps based on your warranty coverage.
