Everything you need to know

Forged carbon fibre. Performance styling. A premium interior transformation.

Description

This custom steering wheel replaces the original Mercedes-AMG wheel frame with a premium forged carbon fibre performance design.

The high-gloss forged carbon sections feature a distinctive fragmented pattern, giving each steering wheel its own individual appearance. Contoured hand grips and a flat-bottom profile provide a more purposeful, driver-focused feel.

The original airbag, steering wheel buttons, wiring and compatible control modules must be transferred from the existing steering wheel during installation.

Where applicable, the original paddle shifters, trim panels, heating components and driver-assistance controls may also need to be transferred.

Retention of heating, paddle shifters, touch controls, cruise control and other functions depends on the vehicle’s original specification and selected steering wheel version.

This product does not include a replacement airbag or steering wheel buttons unless specifically stated.

What's included
  • Forged carbon fibre steering wheel
  • Vehicle-specific steering wheel frame
  • Required fitting components where applicable
  • Original airbag not included
  • Original steering wheel buttons not included unless stated

Compatible wiring and control modules

Pre-facelift and facelift vehicles may also use different buttons, trim panels, modules and wiring connections.

Compatibility depends on the vehicle’s model year, original airbag shape, button layout, paddle shifters, heating specification and driver-assistance functions.

Not sure if this is compatible with your vehicle?

Send us your registration number or VIN and clear photos of the original steering wheel, airbag, buttons, paddle shifters and rear connections. We’ll confirm compatibility before you order.

Professional Installation Required

For correct battery disconnection, airbag handling, component transfer and steering wheel installation, fitting must be completed by a qualified automotive technician.

Restyle can complete the installation at our HQ in Bedford.

We are not liable for airbag warning lights, damaged wiring, lost steering wheel functions or safety issues resulting from third-party installation, incorrect component transfer or selection of the wrong steering wheel version.
