Every eligible Restyle product includes standard protection against manufacturing defects. For additional peace of mind, optional extended cover is available for eligible screens, virtual cockpits, digital clusters, ambient lighting kits and other retrofit components.

FlexiGold – 6-Month Cover

• Protection against manufacturer faults and accidental damage
• Covers cracked screens, liquid damage and common everyday accidents
• Access to 24/7 technical support
• Straightforward claims support
• One-time replacement if the product cannot be repaired

Platinum – 12-Month Cover

Includes the same manufacturer-fault and accidental-damage protection for a full 12 months, with 24/7 technical support and a one-time replacement if the product cannot be repaired.

Eligibility and Activation

Extended cover can be added at checkout or purchased within 7 days of the original order, subject to product eligibility. Coverage begins immediately from the point of sale.

Extended warranties are digital add-ons and are non-refundable. They cannot be cancelled or reimbursed once the order has been processed.

What Is Not Covered

• Malicious damage or theft
• Damage to your vehicle’s original factory screen or head unit
• Cosmetic marks or damage that do not affect functionality
• Modifications, tampering or repairs completed by anyone not authorised by Restyle Automotive

Making a Claim

Contact the Restyle support team with your order number, proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the issue. The product may need to be returned for inspection.

If the problem cannot be resolved or the product is irreparable, a one-time replacement may be provided. Any replacement does not restart or extend the original coverage period.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
