Ordering & Payment
You can browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you have opted for fitment, we will be in touch to arrange a convenient fitting date for you. We accept various payment methods and also offer finance options to help spread the cost, which will be available at checkout. Alternatively you can order directly by messaging us on Instagram, WhatsApp or Email. We will note what work you would like carried out and a £150 booking deposit will have to be paid to secure your fitting date. This booking deposit will go towards the final amount due on the day.

At checkout, you’ll see available options such as Klarna and PayPal, depending on your eligibility. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Standard items: Up to 7 business days. Made to order items: 7-14 business days for production, plus standard delivery time. Expect up to 3 weeks in total.

If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking details first. If you believe your package is lost, please contact our support team, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
Returns & Warranty

Yes! We offer a 30-day product warranty against manufacturer defects as standard. Additionally, we provide extended warranty options (6 to 12 months) at an extra cost, covering accidental damage. More details can be found on our warranty page.
